Product Failures
Household or consumer products fail or break for a
variety of reasons. These accidents can result in
minor injuries or in a fatal accident. If
these accidents involve metal failures, they can be examined for
the cause of malfunction and failure. Consumer
product failures may result from misuse or
abuse. The cause of a consumer product failure may also be from manufacturing
defects, improper design, improper metal, incorrect installation procedures,
and/or inadequate materials, etc.
