Deposition Format

Maybe it's because of age, or maybe it's because of rebellion against change, but personally, I HATE "mini text" depositions.  Yes, they save space, yes, they are lighter to carry in my brief case and deposition notebooks, but I still hate the "mini" deposition format.

It seems to me that during the numerous interruptions that occur as I am reading, I ALWAYS automatically go back to the left hand top of the page, i.e., page 1 of the 4 on that page.  This only lengthens the time it takes ME (and I stress this might just be a "me" problem) to finish a "mini" format deposition.

However, on behalf of the minis, a six inch stack of minis looks much less daunting than a "legal box" full of "normal" size print depositions.  I guess in the final analysis, I can't fight "progress".
