J.E.I. Metallurgical,
Inc. is a focused, professional,
metallurgical engineering consulting organization with a support staff of administrative assistants and
technicians. J.E.I. clients know who will
be responsible for their
metallurgical failure
analysis project, as Dr. Jerner personally conducts each
accident investigation and
metallurgical failure analysis. The company has a
moderately equipped metallurgical laboratory, however, if metal testing with more
extensive (and expensive) laboratory equipment is required, Dr. Jerner
has access to the best-qualified testing facilities. Dr. Jerner limits tests to those that, in his expert judgment, are necessary. Other qualified professionals are
consulted whenever an accident investigation or metal failure analysis requires a team approach.
